When will I receive my order?

Ros Hommerson will ship your order the next business day after it is received. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground delivery and take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. Delivery times also vary depending upon where you live. If your order does not arrive within the allotted time, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-837-3739 to track your order. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped.

Holiday Schedules that impact shipping include Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (if occurs during the workweek), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Ground UPS to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or any international address.

 

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No! At this time we cannot ship to a PO Box address.
