What Size Should I Order?

 

Just like clothing, shoe sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. At Ros Hommerson, we base our sizes on the Brannock Device available in most shoe stores. To get the best possible fit, we recommend having your foot measured by a reputable shoe store before ordering any one of our Ros Hommerson shoes.  You may find more information out our widths, as well as a size conversion chart here.

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

 

 Ros Hommerson will ship your order within 2 business days after it is received. Regular ground orders are shipped via USPS Priority delivery and take approximately 3-10 business days to arrive. Delivery times also vary depending upon where you live. If your order does not arrive within the specified time, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-837-3739 to track your order. You will receive notification via email once your order has been shipped, and you can view order status by logging into your account.

Holiday Schedules that impact shipping include: Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (if occurs during the work week), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

 

We ship Ground USPS to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands or any international address.

What Is Your Return Policy? 

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered. 

  • You may return a product within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment.

  • Merchandise must be returned unworn, tested on carpeting, and in the original packaging.

  • We do not provide a return label.

  • It may take up to 10 days to process your return or for you to receive a refund to your original form of payment.

How Do I Care For My New Shoes?

 

Cleaning your shoes

  • When cleaning your shoes, it is always best to first test an inconspicuous area.
  • Full Grain Leather- wash only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Apply a cream polish that matches the color of the shoe. Let it sit for a few minutes and then buff w/ a clean, soft cloth or soft brush for shine. Let the shoes air dry.
  • ​Suede or Nubuck- brush lightly with a soft brush specifically made for suede and nubuck products. Brush the material on occasion to refresh.
  • Mesh- remove dirt and debris with a soft bristle brush. Use a clean cloth and mild soap. Air dry.
  • ​Never machine wash.

Caring for your shoes

  • Try to avoid wearing the same pair two or more consecutive days in a row.
  • Always store your shoes at room temperature.
  • Do not store shoes in a shoebox for long periods of time. Prolonged storage can cause certain materials to deteriorate, particularly in humid climates.
