Doesn't stay on my foot
I am annoyed that I cant return. Worn 1 1/2 times, the shoes were an absolute nuisance. You can adjust FOUR straps, and even so, they did not stay on my foot. The velcro is cheap, no hold, and the actual location of the heel strap was not situated at the right spot on my heel to be of use. Walking in them is also uncomfortable. Footbed has some cushion but heel had ZERO and felt very hard when walking. Probably will not shop this brand again due to this experience.
One strap way too loose
I wear a 13AA, which is very difficult to find, so my entire closet of shoes consists of Ros Hommerson shoes, which I normally love. However, the one strap on this shoe (the one that isn't adjustable with velcro) is way too loose. I had to pay a cobbler $20 to tighten it -- that, in addition to the $140 plus tax plus shipping and handling. Otherwise, I like it.
